munninHey F-list.
I’m trapped at home by a fierce heat wave and feeling listless. I need your help to get me writing so I’m calling out for prompts.
I’ve got a board of ideas but need your help. Pick a prompt and a fandom or pairing and I’ll do my best to write it for you. I’m open to everyone – Tribe, Speed, Bats X-fans and anyone else who might find this.

#17 Vision - Dan’s magic 8ball for mladshaya_voran
Date: 2010-01-18 12:41 pm (UTC)Dan stopped, her glass halfway to her mouth, staring off into space.
“Dan? Danni? You ok?” Benny asked, reaching to take the beer from his sister’s hand. Her entire posture was suddenly stiff and tight so he moved around the table, ready to catch her. These precognitive visions, her magic 8ball as she called it, had the nasty side effect of setting off her epilepsy sometimes. It’s been years now since she’d had a major seizure but he didn’t want risk it.
She blinked...her focus pulled back to the present. “No I’m good... I think...” She wobbled a bit, reaching for her phone.
“Everything ok?” He asked, kneeling beside her, a supporting arm wrapped around her shoulder.
“Yeah. Yeah.” She fumbled the keys, her fingers clumsy in the aftermath of the vision. “Just a minor 8ball moment.”
“Give me that.” He insisted gently, slipping the phone for her hand. “Who am I calling?”
“Cal.” She muttered, rubbing her eyes with the heel of her palms. “He’s out at a party. Just tell him... tell him to watch for...” She trailed off, taking a slug of her drink to steady her nerves.
Benny nodded as the other end picked up. “Cal hey, no it’s Ben.” “Yeah, she’s ok. She asked me to call you...oh...” He grinned, looking up at Dan. “Sorry mate. Good luck with that.” He closed her phone with a snap. “Too late kiddo.”
“Oh bugger.” Dan dropped her forehead to the slightly sticky tabletop groaning. “I know we’re a team and all, and the magic 8ball’s good for watching each other’s back but...” she sighed, turning to look at her brother. “I really wish my brain didn’t do back flips every time Marius tried to pick up the wrong girl.”
