Daaaamn, that was *HOT*. I really love the way you put it together, from Kon's confusion to his realization to the sex and then to the acceptance between them. And the coda, of course, was *perfect*. Everyone felt very much in-character, too; I really bought their interactions.

Kon heard a distant voice, right on the edge of his enhanced hearing. “Cup the back of his neck.” The voice urged gently. “It’ll calm him down.”
This was really hot, this whole voyeur-giving-instructions thing.
Tim leaned in close, resting his forehead against Kon’s. “What if I want you dressed up as Superboy?”
Oh YES, this struck exactly the right note, because Tim really does love Kon.
